I love making rooms “right” for people; right for their style, their lives, their comfort.  Getting to know my clients – their interests, needs and styles –  lays the foundation for my work.  I’m always excited to meet new people and see new spaces.

My background is in art and design.  I specialised in interior design at college and went on to complete a diploma from the Interior Design Institute, London.  I also have a passion for textiles; I’m driven by the touch and the feel – literally and figuratively – of a room.

I’m also technically minded and I’m equally excited by the detail of technical plans and drawing as I am by the touch of cushion or the weave of a rug.

I take inspiration from designers such as William Morris, CR Macintosh and Frank Lloyd Wright, as well as from nature and its engineering.
